My intention was to explore the blocks I felt I was having around my thoughts from my shadow side.
Carl held a safe and supportive container to help me connect with my unconscious mind. I felt so relaxed, heard and not judged, which were key factors for me to go as deep as I did.
I went 4 generations back to see and heal where the root cause of the problem had started and when I checked with my Aunt, who is studying our family tree, she was able to confirm the information I had received!
